I lived in NOVA for 3 years before I moved down to Norfolk in Springfield between the mall and metro station.

I think that qualifies me to make a judgement.

And again, I'm failing to see how me telling him not to drive on a suspended license after getting caught 3 FUCKING TIMES qualify me as talking out of my ass.
