probly bc hes wants to part the car and make money off it.. most buyers that go up on the price, they know there getting a good deal.. i bet this motor and everything will be up forsale very soon... but its ur car.. wanna see sumone make money OFF u.. then thats ur call...

if he wants to pay 700 for it then take it.. but i bet that price will go down once ur face to face... but again its not my car.. i have another zc sitting here waiting to get rebuild. i jsut need a motor to hold me over.. i told Chico i could have ur money on my end next friday.. but let me know if deal falls threw. let me know as soon as u do.
