Default Machine shops?

Hey guys I'm looking for a good reputable machine shop that offers good prices around the Richmond area. I got a LT1 that someone fucked up when rebuilding so I need it checked out and fixed. The #8 piston is backwards and motor gets stuck when manually turning it over with the heads off to where you have to muscle it over about 3/4 of the way. It shouldn't be anything too complicated. Can anyone suggest someone? I've tried Ballos but was quoted for $350 best case scenario, to flip a piston or two, and some rods. I got quoted about half that from another reputable machine shop... so more suggestions would be appreciated.
