Unfortunate situation is any wreck you are involved in you are screwed... (unless you pick up a car well below market value)

Bring all of the receipts you can, be nice to the insurance guy, because without legal experience or assistance/advice you can get screwed even more if you go to far.

So be carefull

and not to be mean but get a slightly newer one if you get another civic :P (those looks silly..)
