Well OEM mounts are probably what you want, for a smooth ride. with urethane or solid mounts you will feel the engine a lot more but will stop the motor from twisting so much, but you can get a torque damper for that. for the hard shift put you some synchro-mesh in that bitch! should help, tey sell it at autozone for like 5$ a quart.
