On a side note, I have been to busy to check on what is need to get your CC Permit. I want to take a class but in the mean time I would like to go ahead and get the permit if possible. I know it varies from county to county but what do you have to have when you go to the sheriffs office to apply. I have seen some people say that a hunting license will work.
in VA u must be a resident, have no felonies, no domestic abuse or mental illness background issues, pass an FBI background check, and most will tell you they want to see some form of gun course be it hunting license or gun training.
I have the glock 36 (thin mini 45) and its a great gun for carrying, not a great gun for the range.
