well i just got back form court had to sit for a hour and a half then when my case came up it was a 53 in a 35 in gloucester the state tropper null processed it (or how ever you spell it) basically asked the judge to drop the case and he did with no questions i am happy
Actually null process means that you are still convicted but no reprimand for the crime. You didn't necessarily have your case dismissed, it'll still show on your record. Same thing happenned to me a few years back.
