Welcome to the area.

1) The local trophy wives take the montony out of shopping

2) Traffic is bad and only getting worse (although, I think it's slowed now but its especially bad when theres a concert... where you are you might not even notice though)

3) Theres a lot of stupid, young, kids with expensive and fast cars that have no business driving them so be prepared to get annoyed with constant attempts by them race anything on the streets.
