I do not think he was trying to be rude, although you reply sounds like you took it that way. I am assuming he said it is a house because you are ALOT more likely to get someone to pay 1600/month for a house v.s. a Condo, when people here condo they assuming basically a bigger version of an apartment, not the astetics*sp* of a home.
