The biggest "problem" with the swap is the money stand point, Nothing you have works. You need to buy so much stuff, from a fuel rail, to swap axles and a swap header just to get it to go, not to mention the $1000 engine management, and that is just to get it down the road.
Much cheaper to buy someone elses already swapped car (just the nature of the beast I know of 2 for sale on here and only one of them is mine LOL) then to build your own. But some people would rather build it them selves. I know I would.
Is it worth it, to me, yes. It is a much better platform from the get-go. We dynoed a stock 2.0 with a GOOD header, and an RBC manifold on Kpro, and made 222 @ the wheels. How much building on a B do you need to get there? We have a stock k20 turbo (same motor)that made 536@wheels on race gas...
