I need more spices... At least when I go to Thai places around here and tell them I want it hot they can do it. Most Indian places won't even really kick the heat up that much. Much less carry some of the more off-beat dishes.
Yeah, i live for spice but for indian food i guess I've never had it full on. At Thai places (bangcock and siam mostly), the only way i can eat their red or green curry is 'thai hot.'
oh, and to the OP - there's always Crackers out near the Granby Street bridge. Not cheap either but the food is usually bangin and the
beer selection is freakin great
