There are no great pho restaurants in Va Beach. You'll have to make some Vietnamese friends and get in good with their moms.

My point is that not everyone can look sexy while eating pho, especially those who aren't proficient at using chopsticks. I dated one white guy who refused a fork and splashed soup all over his face.
