im no 240 expert...but an iron block and .4 more liters cant be wrong! going turbo on the ka is a more economical idea because ka's can be had for like 600. depending on the condition of ur stock motor...id say go ka24de-t. mid to upper 200's at the crank is a very realistic goal you're setting..and youll probably hit that with relativly low boost. ie 7-8psi. but that to the wheels wont be had too easily.
