With such a low boost level, you'll be fine on stock components. You will have accelerated wear over stock, because you'll have a higher power output, so any problems that you currently have (piston ring sealing, etc) will get worse faster. If the engine is in good, well maintained condition though, there should be no problem with that low level of boost. The supercharger will last a long time at that boost level too, the faster they are turned (higher RPM at higher boost levels and higher heat) the shorter their lifespan.
You'll have to talk to someone who actually runs one at that low boost level, most people go for the higher RPM pulley setup for higher boost. Your conservativeness is rare..
