I know for a fact he'll have an appointed lawyer that will spend maybe 5 minutes on his trial. There's no way the kid could afford to pay for a lawyer who will actually work for for his case. Hopefully he'll go straight to jail
That one guy who did a similar thing last year in Boutetourt (155mph on I-81) - I think - was sentenced to 5 years.
