This past event was my first time out. You can borrow a helmet if you don't have one. You can use the tape they have there for the #'s, or use your own magnetic numbers. They just ask that they are bigger than 8" I believe. They will have a seperate walk through of the course for novices before the morning and afternoon sessions start. I wouldn't reccomend you going somewhere like "the dragon" before getting experience on the track if you don't feel comfortable with your car. It's a blast, and you don't have to worry about embarrasing your self. Just ask questions and take it slow if need be.
