The Corvette for example is a Chevy product and therefore if another division shares the platform like the Cadillac CTSV for example it would therefore infer that the Cadillac CTSV shares both the same engine and body parts of the Chevy Corvette. That is a true statement, the platform was specifically designed for the Vette and Cadillac adopted it for use with the CTSV.

I am pretty sure they all use the same platform and motor which is a GM platform and motor. Wait a second. Arent all those GM companies as well?
