I love the shit handling comment. I believe "neons" are quite competitive in handling based races.

As if thats all PVO did was throw a turbo on a neon engine. Where'd that extra displacement come from? Must be from the stickers yo. The car uses 50 or so common parts with a regular neon, most are cosmetic. Only one MAJOR mechanical component is the same, the fuel injectors. And that was only for the 03's. The 04's and up are different.
