Typically insurance is very cheap in North Carolina.

And they don't typically reciprocate any violations out of state. So you can have a shitty record in Virginia, get a DL in North Carolina and it won't transfer your record.
Oh, thats pretty cool. When I called DMV in NC, the guy was telling me that insurance there is pretty cheap. If I ever get into any more serious trouble or something, this would be good info to know. For now, I am decently good. Hopefully nothing bizzar happens to me to force me to do something drastic like this.
