well if you have the F22B2 like me, your pretty much outa luck, if you ahve the B1 with Vtec still not ahead alot. but motor swap is the best start. less you want the F22, then cold air intake, some exhaust work. underdrive pulley. thats about it. not many companies do throttle bodies or intake manifolds for the F series so its hard to get stuff. but i did see in a past post a link to a site that had forged pistons, cams, and other stuff for the F series, the pistons were 595 and cams weren't cheap. plus fucked up the idle. i am currently trying for exhaust work, then a swap. its the best choice i think.
