thats because the H22 engine is a much higher compression engine. I am not all the way sure but I think the f22 is someone in the 9.5:1 compared to the h22's 10.6:1 compression, so of course the f22 would be better.
This is way alot of honda drivers choose the LS block or ZC to boost their cars, very rare to see a boosted h22/f20/b18c.
I mean you could take the h22 and change pistons and stuff, but that would beat the point. Have your internals shotpeened, its cheaper then forged shit and almost as strong. Then pick your self up a higher flowing head like a b18c series or h22 or something. Then boost it.
