Saab and reliability should really never be used in the same sentence.





9-3's are a decent car dont get me wrong, but having clutches like glass, blocks that dont take any power output, and just being a saab in general knock it down in most peoples eyes.


i would not be having too high hopes of the block being salvageable. the last one i did had a nice little break in all the webbing, which is common for them. and good luck on finding a decent used unit, the ones out there are higher dollar, and will likely do the same thing.
