I know a lot of you guys painted your stock wheels. I always take my racing harts off in the winter when I am going to be in northern va and I dont like the finish on my stock wheels.

Anyway, I want to paint my stock gsx rims gunmetal and leave a polished lip. How do I polish the lip? is there any kind of compound to use? should I use my dremel polishing kit? How have you guys seen it done or done it?
