Langley Speedway holds races every other sunday from this time to around Thanksgiving.

Ft. Eustis still allows personal karts on there track on weekends from 8-12 IIRC

VIR has a nice kart track that has a track day once a month from 9am-3pm

also there are plenty of local autocrosses. The only club that doesnt allow karts is NASA.
