Anyone know rough real-world mileage figures on the MXs?
I had them on my R32 (replaced GSD3) and loved them for what they were. They gripped just fine and were not loud. They had about 20k miles on them when I got rid of the car and they looked to be able to take about 10k more miles. No complaints especially considering I got them for $100/tire from Tire Rack.

Falken Azenis 615s could work too, they're cheap enough that I probably won't mind replacing them often.
I have them on my ITR and my STi currently. They grip wonderfully even under 6500 RPM launches, but are extremely noisy especially at highway speeds. They will wear very quick, but are cheap enough to replace often (10-15k miles MAX). Mine currently have less than 10k miles and are damn near at the wear bar.

Hankook Ventus RS-2? Anyone?
I've never had 'em, but read great reviews on them. Bowlcut had them on his S2000 and was very happy with his purchase.

Brock, what are you doing?

I had a terrible experience with these tires (as did nearly every other R32 owner). They were very susceptible to blisters on the sidewall.
