As far as the timing goes, leave that alone... that is up to your tuner to set and all has to do with the way your motor is reacting to get the target a/f ratio. DSM injectors are old news bro. A lot of the tuning software for Hondas nowadays dont work well with DSM injectors.... but then again, it still relies on what the tuner sees during the tuning process... hit or miss with DSM injectors on a honda. My advice is not go cheap with injectors, tunable management, and wastegate (if external). If you search long and hard enough, you can actually get great deals on 440-680cc injectors. Same goes with CROME and Hondata......
