I thought sign up info was on the site, but if you cannot find it on there go to ANY OFF-ROAD shop and they will have the sign-up sheets:

ETC...
You can also CALL Beach Events and they will FAX you an application.....but on the other hand they were downloadable off the internet last year, too so hopefully nothing's changed.
