And if a Honda Civic did a burn out at a light and proceeded with a "RICER FLY-BY" on a car that just cut him off. It would be ok?! Sounds pretty stereotypical to me. I think that if the "RICER FLY-BY" holds true for a Honda Civic, it should hold true for any other car on the road acting the same way.
