Actually you can get them upgraded..
When you enter the park, go over to guest relations and tell them you want to upgrade to the fun card and they will do it. Yes i did it to prove it can be done.. cost me $10..
But you do not show them that its a free ticket. They assume you purchased a regular ticket since you are in the park at the time..

last time i received one of these tickets, it said it was a comp ticket, so they'd know? maybe they have changed the comp tickets over the years?
anywho, if i can get 50 bucks, ill hit ya up.
