Default Going to rebuild my motor, which parts do you recommend?

Im going to rebuild my bottom end and want to know which parts are more recommended. Bare in mind the motor is naturally aspirated and at 70mph on the freeway im at 3850 rpm's so i want what would be best for this application....Im not looking to make a lot of power,i just want to know the motor could with stand some spirited traffic and which usually lasts longer?

My first debate is oem rings or hastings.......

Second is oem rod bearings or acl.....

Third is oem headgasket or aftermarket.......such as cometic thin layered

I was thinking just to get this because it comes with the whole shabanggggg
