Get a VF34. I loved mine. Enough power to keep you happy, and even with my huge FMIC, I had less lag than my stock turbo and a TurboXS top mount.
I was originaly going with the VF34 but had other suggestions about the 16 and 18G turbos as well. Im running a front mount as well and with the stock turbo the lag is HORRIBLE.
