Certainly, I mean I think it was a city cop. It had the bold blue/black POLICE lettering on the side of the car when he passed me, and the big blue fat light bar on top.

So who controls 581 then? Roanoke County and the state troopers? Cause I've seen county cops hiding in the grass off to the side, so they must have jurisdiction in that area too, right?

I cant believe he was just cruising right behind me though. I'm going to be more careful next time, it just so easy to be going 80 in 6th and not even realize it.
