I have a revised 1st version (no adjustment screw on back) genuine HKS SSQV blow off valve for sale with a flange included. I got this with my STi, but am using a Synapse BOV. The price is $130 obo, and it is basically new, just no box.

The scratches in the pictures really aren't as bad in person. It was only on the car for about a week before I switched it out.
