Funny, I just walked into parts and priced a main HV battery, with a new case and all, for $3,100.
And you do realize that $2,500 is like 30 hours labor, right? There's no chance that anyone got 30 hours to install an HV battery.
Well they rolled the quote for battery and *everything else needing to be serviced to work together well* into one. Since no one else wants to work on a Hybrid besides a Toyota dealership that was the price.
