4500 for an 02 with just a couple of mods actually sounds kind of steep. Has it been wrecked, if so how bad, twisted forks, any other portions of the frame damaged, how was it cared for, fluids changed properly, ask those questions.

Then again it has low mileage. Might not be a bad deal.

Side note, there is a mohawk on the helmet, no telling what that bike has been through.
