I lived in the city center for a year, and while it's a bearable area of newport news it's more of a location generalization.

ie: I own a house in the Harpersville area. baller? no, just gives a general idea of what part of the city i live in seeing as newport news covers a span of about 15 miles or so. From lee hall up to the shipyard, harpersville where it meets hampton, mercury where it meets hampton etc...

it sounds to me like the only person in this thread who thinks the city center is "baller" is you.

I'm from California motherfucker, let me tell you about some "baller" ass places to live. when you drive your hennessy viper through the fucking BK drive through because you aren't trying to show off, that's fucking baller.

also, when you park your ferrari 360 on the side of the road by a coffee shop, and browse $1,000 clothing items on clearance racks outside the store because you have time to kill, you are fucking baller.
