What kind of business are you going to be doing with it? Just clean your office off or are you going into a power washing business. If you need just a basic one for ocasional use I would look at the roybi 7 horse power from homedepot I bought one to clean my mud trucks off with and it has worked great. I have used that model you were looking at and it just seemed really cheap. If you are looing at going into power washing business I would go to northern tool and look at their professional models. If they are out of your price range remember they have no interest financing for a year.
