Then everyone here could have provided some suggestions, this kid could have made some calls and bang, car is fixed with a minimum of effort and pain.

Personally, I would have recommend Rick's Car Care which suprisingly is right down the street from the Firestone and who comes highly recommended.

Instead, he takes it to Firestone, who as anyone on here could have told him would fuck it up by the numbers and now he's out $1000 bucks.

Then he comes on here and bitches about the work with the 4 posts he has on this site.

Reguardless of how many posts he has or not, Firestone offered the service. That service should have been done correctly or they should have re-imbursed him for the things they did wrong. I am sure if firestone re-imbursed him this thread would have never popped up. This thread is all about business ethics.
