I wouldn't even take my car there to do an alignment. Its a fact that nobody at Firestone gives a flying fuck about you or worse... your car. Do you want to risk scratches dents grease spots? IF it hasn't happened yet rest assured, its coming.
There are quite a few important nuts and bolts in your suspension they touch. You may get so lucky that you will get a first timer align your car and tighten the living crap out of those bolts, screw up the threads or worse have it brake off next time you come in and guess what...they will blame it on you. Or say use a pair of vice grips or pipe wrench, all bc he couldn't find a proper size wrench to adjust front toe. Have fun getting that rounded off nut later on. O yeah and best of all when its the end of the day and they want to go home they will cheat when adjusting your toe.(slightly push on the sensor so that toe on the printout reads perfect/green but in reality your shit will be worn slam out in a year)
Unless ofcourse you know the person working on your car and sliping him a tip so that he takes better care of it.
