See a Civic WAGOVAN with the plates "PR CAYAY" almost daily (pending on wich way I drive to work,its almost always parked in a driveway I pass.) and riding around Colonial Heights. Its white or biege (colorblind) lowered with exhaust,and rims. Beautiful car, doesn't sound too bad either. Wondering if its swapped
