i have a friend who would mount his stock car 15" eagle slicks at work...he had to use the starterfluid/ lighter trick seems like every time. its best to have 2 people, one there doing the flame work, and someone there to blow out the little flames with air hose.

DANGEROUS....yes, but it works pretty good. i have also seen people use the air tank blaster on stubborn tires.
