EDIT: one more question, can the turbo's inlet be used as the intake for the engine, or can you somehow use a cold intake AND a turbo for air intake?

If you have a turbo, you will not have "headers". You will have an exhaust manifold. Your order, at its simplest, will be: Engine > exhaust manifold > turbocharger > exhaust piping > muffler.
The whole point of a turbocharger is to force air into your engine, so in a sense, it is your intake system, thus eliminating the need for a cold air intake.
You would do well to google turbochargers and learn how they work.
