It starts at 6:00PM. Off 199 by Water Country. There's also a Dick's Sporting Goods, JC Penny's, Kohl's that will be open and Target opens on the 27th. I think there will be games or something out in the parking lot. So you can win prizes. And I heard something about the first 100 people get a $20 gift card.
