Was his downpipe and exhaust 3"? Check out Treadstone Performance for an IC. They have really nice ones, and they have great fin density for keeping them intake temps down. Try to avoid them Ebay ones.
Throw in a Walbro 255 lph fuel pump also, just for peace of mind. Your setup will love it. And also, it is actually T04. T4 designates the divided exhaust turbine flange, T04 is a compressor housing. You'll often hear ppl just say T4 for compressors, thoh.
You have the T04B, E, R & S compressor housings. The B's and E's are usually .60 a/r housings, while the S cover starts at .70 a/r. Not too sure about the R comp. housing.
