Trav and his wife were kind enough to let me stay with them for quite a while to get out of my parents house and you can see how low the rent is and that helped me out alot to get my own house. Condo is nice, in a great location and youve got everything you need, i watched the gigantic plasma way too often, haha. hes my best friend and a great guy and his wife is awesome too. And that price cant be beat for what you get. Black man youd have to start surfing since youd be living so close to the beach now. 30 seconds from the interstate is pretty awesome too.

I MISS BOGEY EVERYDAY !!.
Thanks Rick... another bonus is that Rick comes over regularly. So its quick and easy to get on the spot paint estimates! LOL!
