The transmission gearing is better then the stock c5's. It's lighter then coupes just to name a few.
For example with tiki, even with 370ish whp. A 370whp z06 would pull on him im sure due to those reasons.
I was trapping 109 in my c5 frc, only running 13.0's with an intake and mufflers.
As for how you ran 12.4@111, the m5 must be really strong once you get going...cause if i remember correctly your 60' wasnt THAT good...1.9?
Guys please keep in mind that I am not coming on the internet making stuff up. I have PULLED a C5Z and I am here just to show/prove it. Riddle me this... if I havent why would I be so willing to do this????

Would I really be here saying I could and trying to set something up, common....
It will be fun...

Yeah 1.9's wasn't that good... 3900 with dirver car on 275 street tires and 3.15's... I had a few 113 traps that day. Believe me it is a different car now drag radials and 3.45's.. Lets do it. I am free tonight.
Please view what is done to my car. I do not have the cams so mine is rated at 470/419... I dynoed at 400whp 362wtq. Oh I almost forgot.. I had WAWA 92 in it for those pulls... LOL

Please be adviced.. BMW's are finiky on the dyno. They are very sensitve to heat when static. I had 400whp and my airfuels were 11.0's. Around town I have ran with many different cars... many. Quite a few with more power. I would venture to say on a wind tunnel dyno/ on street I am putting down 415-420whp...
Here is my dyno.. From 2000-6900 I am making over 300lb-ft and over 350 from 4000-5600 all @ the wheels while peaking at 362lb-ft around 4800.
Not to bad for bolt ons and a tune. espeically out of a small little 4.9L...
Since this dyno I have aded some more small mods
Lets do this...Available this evening
