I have seen 1 person post in this thread that has contacted the police and is actively working to have something done. Everyone else just complains and talks about this thief trying to follow them home but continues to go to the places where he hangs out. Good job.

Would you take your kids somewhere that you know a child molester hangs out? I'm gonna guess you probably would since you take your car somewhere that a known car thief hangs out.
