to me, it sounds like the vibrations of the car might be causing a loose connection in the fuel pump wire harness.

what you could try is running a jumper wire from the positive battery terminal to the fuel pump and see if it continues to cut off. that way you know for a fact that you have constant power running to the fuel pump. if it doesn't cut off, then start checking all of the connections starting at the fuel pump harness.

speaking from experience, also check the fuse boxes for loose fuses that may lose continuity from vibrations.

also, where are you located? i might be able to stop by and assist....
