This is not a scam and I live NOWHERE near richmond. Richmond is 2 hours away. I apologize if this is not going as quickly for some people but I have other things going on in my life that prevent me from being able to dedicate a lot of time to the sale of this car. I am also a dumbass and washed the title in my laundry. I will have a replacement title by this weekend. If this is too cheap for a wrecked SI I will gladly jack up the price.
