No, it's coming with a new engine. The European one was "slow" cause it came with a 160hp engine. The one tested by R&T came with new engine, the celica gts's1.8L tuned to make 190hp and 133lb/ft of tq.

The cobra is almost as fast with professional drivers. It has clocked 12.3 i believe (they threw an icepack on the intake for a few minutes and did some other things but kept it stock). I've also heard of the corvette being able to pull faster than a 12.1 w/ clutchless shifts.....kinda interesting.
